Sometimes the problems in our lives can be overwhelming, and we may feel that we cannot share them with families or friends.
Feelings of shame, guilt anger or helplessness may be present but not easily understood by others.
Worrying endlessly about problems can make you both physically and emotionally unwell.  Talking things through with a trained Counsellor can help you 'untangle' and help you express your feelings.
Counselling can help us come to terms with specific issues, it can help us understand our situation, possibly from a different perspective.
The skills you will learn in therapy could you help you deal with any problems which may emerge in the future.

A session for an individual is £30

How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 -60 minutes in length

How many sessions will I need?
The amount of sessions you will need will depend on the severity of the problem.  Initially it is recommended that you contract for 6 sessions and will be regularly reviewed. Payments are made at the end of each individual session.

How often do I have sessions? 
To begin with sessions are held weekly and are the time in between sessions are increased as therapy progresses.

How confidential are the sessions?

We understand confidentiality can be very important before making a decision to enter therapy.
