What does CORE stand for?

Clinical Outcomes for Routine Evaluation.

What is it about?

The system has been designed for use in Psycotherapy, Counselling and other Psychological Therapies, to measure outcomes, evaluation and performance management.

What happens?
The main areas that we concentrate on are

At the beginning of Therapy, the client completes a 34 item questionnaire which measures Wellbeing, Risk, Problems or Systems & Functioning. A shorter version is regularly completed during future sessions to measure the progress.

We also collect workplace specific demographic and evaulative data. which can be reported back to you if required to enable you to identify specific areas within your organisation which may need more support.
However, this report does not identify individuals information and all clients have to give us written authority before we can record this information.
